With IELTS on Computer, there are more test dates available, a candidate can choose IELTS at a time convenient for them, and they will receive their results in just 3 to 5 days.
If you're short of time and can't really wait for the examiners then I recommend you to give IELTS on Computers. It is fast as compared to the traditional way.
However, the test report form, content, timing and structure of the test is the same whether you take the test on computer or on paper.
The speaking test would always be face-to-face with a certified IELTS Examiner.
In the IELTS on computer, the timings for the listening test are slightly different from IELTS on paper. This is because IELTS on paper requires users to transfer answers to an answer sheet. It becomes redundant when answering directly on a computer screen.
There will always be Some Time, So Don't Worry!
Before the start of each part of the Listening test, you will have some time to read the questions and at the end of each part of the Listening test, you will have some time to review your answers as well.
At the end of the Listening test, you will have 2 minutes to check your answers.
Listening Test Timings, 30 - 34 minutes now.

If you are well versed with computer typing then I recommend you to go for IELTS on Computer. If you prefer writing on paper and It feels good to you and you have more time to wait for the results then I recommend you to take IELTs on paper.
Since I was well aware of computers and my typing speed was good. I chose the former.
