Today was Day 6 and lately I realized that I'm obese now. 

Unfortunately, when there is too much stress in our lives and the lifestyle is sedentary in nature and then we're not exercising that much. So, eventually The way it was in the past, that doesn't stay for long and when we're stressed out, we usually overeat.

On a basic level, It is about - Asanas, Pranayamas and Meditation and lot more. On a basic level some light stretches and after that some asanas and pranayama.

So, to combat with stress and after that some asanas and pranayama. So, to combat with stress using this plan, I'm able to see and pranayama.
